Terms of sale

Placing an order on this site sends a request to PrimeNest Furniture LLC. It is confirmed when we call and payment is arranged. Until that call, a piece can sell to another customer.

Prices are in US dollars and already reflect a reduction of 15 to 20 percent against the typical market figure shown on each product. Estimated tax is calculated from the delivery state and finalized on the confirmation call.

Colors on a screen vary. Wood and fabric are natural materials, so a finish can differ slightly from the photograph. The showroom is the place to approve a sample.

Unused stocked pieces may be returned within 14 days of delivery if they are in original condition. The customer covers return freight unless the piece arrived damaged. Report damage within 48 hours of delivery.
